Serenity Primary Care & Medical Weight Loss Clinic was founded in individualized physician care. I believe the best medical care occurs when a doctor is able to get to know their patient, has the time to offer the highest level of care and the flexibility to do what is right for each patient as an individual. This is the reason why I started this independent practice to be able to provide this type of care.
As health care has gotten more complex, I found it was harder for my patients to get appointments and that more middlemen and red tape was getting between the doctor and patient relationship.
As a result, I decided to start Serenity Primary Care & Medical Weight Loss Clinic which uses an innovative way to connect you directly to your doctor. I am excited to offer a hybrid model combining a membership model and traditional insurance so I can increase access and communication with my patients.

How it works
Our model is a hybrid between a low-cost monthly membership and insurance-based model to give you the best care at the lowest price.Insurance: You will still get to use all your insurance benefits for office visits, annual physicals, labwork, imaging, etc. This won't change! Monthly membership: Additional service outside insurance that gives you open, direct communication with your doctor between appointments.

Only $40/month. That's it. No hidden fees.

$30/month for additional adult in the same household.
For less than a gym membership or cable TV subscription, you can have the assurance of your doctor on your side, who knows you well and responds and cares for you and your family, monitoring your health and helping you achieve your health goals.
Self-pay Options
Patients who are uninsured can also be seen in our practice with the pay-as-you-go option. Please call the office for inquiry on self-pay rates.

We are a participating provider for most major insurance providers. Please call us to confirm if your insurance is accepted by our clinic.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the visit fee for less than a 24 hour notice of cancellation or for missed appointments.
